Trigger playing football

I always eat lots of fruit and vegetables and take regular exercise to keep healthy. Sport is a great way to keep fit and it's great fun too! It's very important to do lots of exercise so I'm always playing football and cycling just look at me here. Don't I look healthy?

Here are some of my tips to help you enjoy food and stay healthy:

Make sure you eat breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day as it helps you concentrate and enjoy lessons more.
Try to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
Enjoy everything you eat.
Choose a mixture of foods and eat sensibly. Have a look at the Balance of Good Health food wheel to help you choose. Click on the picture on the right for more information.
Try not to eat too many sweets and chocolate as they can harm your teeth.
Enjoy lots of exercise.

Trigger's Top tips to achieving 5 a day

Think 5 have 5 a day.

Drink a glass of orange juice with your breakfast.
Eat apple slices or grapes as a snack.
Eat fruit and vegetables with your meals at lunchtime.
Eat a portion of carrot sticks at teatime.
Eat rhubarb crumble for dessert.

Remember school lunches and lunchtimes are full of fun.
